Faretta Remodeling

Had a raised patio done by Chris and his crew. Yes, he is unprofessional, unresponsive and unreliable. He shows up when he feels like it, with no consistency. He sent a vendor to my house on the 4th of July without giving notice that anyone was coming. It just so happened that I was walking through my house and saw two men I did not know in my backyard. BEWARE: DO NOT PAY THIS MAN UNTIL ALL OF THE WORK IS COMPLETED.....INCLUDING CLEAN UP!!!! The patio is beautiful, but they left dried cement splattered all over the back of my house and door, track marks in my lawn, trash in the yard & cracks in my driveway. Chris promised to have someone come clean it up over a week ago. I've reached out to him and have received no response. I'm not too worried, karma will take care of him!!!!

I do not recommend this contractor. This contractor was chosen by Lowe's. I've been dealing with since June of 2020. It took 6 months to get the work started. Terrible workmanship and unable to obtain a clarifinal inspection. Three inspections have failed to date that I am aware of. Lowe's doesn't seem to want to assist unless I pay in full. I'm not paying until the job is completed properly. My 8-ft fence is seven and a half to seven and three quarters because they did not care about measuring. I have split boards because they did not drill before nailing. The corners on the railings were not cut correctly and huge gaps. Installed split and cracked boards. Do not work with this contractor he does not care about the quality of his work.

OMG, I’m dealing with the same issue as Crystal. Lowe’s contracted Faretta Remodeling to install a fence I purchased back in July 2020. Lowe’s advised me that I would be contacted by someone from the office. After 2 weeks I was not contacted by anyone from the office to schedule and appointment to install my fence. Several messages were left with no return call. I called the number daily finally after about 1 week the guy idk maybe the owner picked up the phone and scheduled me however he was supposed to call back to see if he could get an earlier date (still waiting on that call. I’m scheduled for tomorrow Nov 23,2020 at whatever time they come ( they didn’t tell me , hell The way they operate I’m not even sure if they even coming). I’ve called numerous time to get that information again with no return call. I’m definitely gonna express myself to the whoever respond to do my work. The level of professionalism and custom service this company has is piss poor. I would NEVER recommend this company.

I have never seen such a lack of professionalism and poor service from any other company ever than what I have/am receiving from Faretta Remodeling LLC. Lowe's contracted them to install my fence in May 2020, It is now Nov 2020 and my fence is not installed. They did such a poor job the first time they installed it. It was loose, shaking, and falling within weeks. It was so high from the ground, a small person or large animal could crawl under. After I hired an inspector, Lowe's hired a 3rd party inspector and it was learn that Faretta did not put gravel under the posts and did not put any cement around most post and not enough cement around the others. They came back to my house to redo the fence Nov 6 after making me wait for 3 months with a falling fence. On the 6th and 7th they took the fence up and have not been back since. I have gone over a week without a fence, with my yard destroyed again, and with large, deep holes all around my yard. I have no idea when they will be back to finish the job. Lowe's has not had communication with Chris Faretta and neither have I. I am now going to find another contract since Faretta's work is poor any way and since I have been dealing with this issue for over 6 months just to have a fence installed. Please take my advice and stay away from this contractor!!
