    This is a disputable company. They are only interested in writing service tickets for no work performed. They are totally unprofessional in there relations with customers. I would never recommend them for any work ever. I was in the contracting business for 15 years and never mistreated customers like they do.

    I wouldn’t use this pool company to blow up a kiddie pool!

    First issue we had with the contractor was his “I’ll be there tomorrow”, & not show up for days on end, sometimes almost two weeks. It has been more than 3 months & we still don’t have a pool we could use. Followed by our pool excavated in the wrong place! As well as:

    1. Concrete truck drove over an existing walkway that leads to a detached garage and shattered it. The walkway was paved & “stamped”. He refuses to restore it to its original condition.
    2. Gravel driveway that leads to the detached garage no longer exists due to the dumping of dirt used for back fill having been spread over the driveway instead of being removed. He will not replace the gravel he covered.
    3. Stairs built down from the pool deck to the walkway, are steep and unsafe.
    4. Pool deck is covered in fire ants. Both he & the contract stated the area would be treated.
    5. Pavers are not cleaned, nor are they sealed. As promised.
    6. Outer wall is not stucco'd, as agreed upon. You can see were the pipes are so the wall isn’t a proper supporting/retaining wall. Clearly, a disaster waiting to happen.
    7. Pool has a major leak. Said leak has eroded the concrete.
    8. Pool is not leveled.
    9. Spa light was not installed.
    10. Pool deck is extremely slopped, & uneven in different areas. A series of waves.
    11. Electric sub panel never installed to accommodate equipment necessary to run the pool.
    12. Pump obviously used & leaking a significant amount of water.
    13. Spa equipment has not been installed.

    Because of all these issues, we offered to put the remaining $ owed in escrow & when he corrected them all, he could collect it. He walked off the job in a huff, clearly refusing to make right on them. Came back a week later to remove valves, so now we have a pool that needs to get drained in hopes of not destroying the diamond brite while we litigate. We have pictures, be weary of this company.
