    Check out AC unit.

    Our real estate agent called F & I to check out tenant's complaint of AC unit not cooling. Week or so later, received bill for $270.00 stating that they could find nothing wrong with AC, but they did replace thermostat battery. Asked them to justify such an inordinately high bill for nothing wrong except replacement of battery. Immediately received threatening, intimidating email stating that they would send us to "collections" if they didn't receive payment by end of the month. (We had received bill via email, 5 days ago!) Also received email explaining that it was "$100.00 port to port". Advise you stay clear of this company who not only overcharges, but also attempts to shut down questioning/criticism via threats and intimidation.
