On Saturday, July 11, 2020, I called Farrell Plumbing because our bathroom was flooded. Hector answered the phone he said he was at the Grocery and would be over, soon as possible. True to his word he left groceries in his car and came right over. I was sure our hot water tank needed replaced and thought
that was what caused the leak. After Hector looked over the situation we decided my husband (who has alzheimer's left the water on in the bathroom sink. But because of this, I decided to have our water tank replaced, as it is quite old and I knew it should be replaced. So Hecter looked everything over to see what he needed and suggested to come back Monday, so the job would be cheaper. I certainly appreciated that and I also appreciated him coming to our rescue so fast. He must be a valued employee. At least he's tops, in my book!!!
