I rate Mr. Galloway's HVAC business as sub-par for two reasons:
The first is for code violations during a repair that transpired a year ago and the second is because he was a "NO SHOW" for two recent appointments.
The first appointment was scheduled for a Sunday morning. As time approached the afternoon, I called and text him to inquire about his projected arrival time.
As I expected, quite some time later he returned my call and stated it will be during the evening hours. I waited and heard nothing from Mr. Galloway the remainder of the day. At 8:30 PM I sent him a text requesting to reschedule the appointment.
He replies via text "Forgot to call you back. Yes, we can reschedule for Tuesday or Wednesday." So I respond, "let's shoot for Tuesday."
Since I was concerned about another missed appointment, I followed up with a phone call on Monday to confirm the time. We agreed to and confirmed the scheduled appointment for 7:00 PM Tuesday evening.
Tuesday evening at 7:00 PM I'm waiting for Mr. Galloways arrival. As I expected, not only is Mr. Galloway a "NO SHOW," but he doesn't have the professionalism to contact me. So, at 7:56 PM I sent the following text, "Duron, are you in route." Ten minutes pass before he finally responds stating, "No, it's storming where I'm at." I reply, "Weather is good here, thanks for replying.
This care-free demeanor and "APPOINTMENT NO-SHOWS" is unacceptable for any kind of so-called business. Therefore, I will not endorse or refer anyone to Mr. Galloway.
Lessoned learned from first hand experience, he was a waste of my time.
