I would not recommend this contractor to anyone, this was the absolute worst professional experience I have ever had in my life. Fran took $70,000 from us, completed maybe 40-50% of the contracted and agreed upon job, and then completely ghosted us and now we're having to re-do a lot of. Her work was done in a mediocre and painstakingly slow fashion with near zero communication or updates from her. The warranty of her work is null and void, as she does not respond to us at all after literally stealing tens of thousands of dollars from us. Please do yourself a favor and pick ANY other contractor. Fran and FB Designs is a complete scam. We also heard from one of her good friends Vicki that she does this constantly to people and that we sadly would probably not be the last victims of her fraudulent activities.

Fran Bennett hired my company for turn key drywall services totaling a little over $15K for a remodel. We completed the project, was even told we did a great job, but I guess not good enough to get paid for it. Essentially she stole from us, avoided us, and even threatened me. Could never find her on site, voicemail was always full, a quick online search under the name FB Design Dallas will show her horrible reviews. I would avoid her at all costs, we've been in business for the last 30+ years and have worked with hundreds of contractors and she has been the worst by far!

I am a real estate investor that has contracted FB Designs (Fran Bennett) for 15+ residential real estate remodeling projects in the Preston Hollow area of Dallas in the last six years. The estimated value of the homes that we remodeled ranged in value from $300K to $1.5M. These projects involved all aspects of remodeling including interior and exterior changes and the average amount of each project was $300,000. FB Designs(Fran Bennett) was responsible for designing the project, selecting all materials, managing the project completely from start to finish including pulling necessary permits, obtaining inspections and keeping me up to date on the project at all times. Fran was very professional and went above and beyond in the service she provided during the project all the way through to my company selling the property to a home owner. FB Designs provided superior quality work in a timely manner and all work was properly inspected and warrantied. Whether you are a homeowner wanting to remodel your home or an investor looking for a reputable contractor to help your business flourish, I highly recommend FB Designs(Fran Bennett). Truly a quality contractor providing exemplary craftsmanship and customer service.

Fran Bennett and her crew of FB Designs did a wonderful job fully remodeling our master suite. This involved gutting, reconfiguring and remodeling our master bathroom and closet as well as installing wood floors and repainting our master bedroom. Additionally, FB Designs hand scraped and refinished all wood floors throughout the house.

Fran was always available whenever we needed her and her crew completed the work within the 6-week period to which she committed. Furthermore, Fran shopped with us for on Sundays and ensured we got the quality products we wanted. Her prices were very reasonable considering the large job she took on. Most importantly, the final product was stunning.

We highly recommend FB Designs for your remodeling needs. Fran is a joy to be around and will ensure your expectations are exceeded.

Fran was recommended to me by a relative who had used her and loved her work. I meet with her as well as 2 other contactors. Fran was the only one who saw my vision for the remodel. She gave me a spa retreat in my master bathroom with heated floors, amazing wood floors in all other areas, and a fabulous kitchen entertaining area.

FBDesigns was great but most importantly the owner, Frances Bennett. Ms Bennett really took time to explain the process of remodeling to us and actually cared about our concerns and budget.
I loved her designs and would most definitely use her again.

I had the pleasure of working with Fran and her team not once but twice on remodels in my home (kitchen and 2 bathrooms). Fran was fantastic to work with and always kept me in the loop. Her team was professional and made sure the house was as clean as possible at the end of the day. Fran had great ideas on how to open my kitchen and bathroom and I love the results! She was helpful in picking out tile/granite and even helped calm my nerves after my kitchen lights arrived and I feared they were too big (they weren’t and they generate the most comments when people see my house!).
