Es el Segundo projecto que realizado Con FB Doors, Estoy Muy Contenta. Todo quedó como lo programamos. Muy profesionales, Ordenados, instalan muy limpio, supervisan el projecto a diario. No tuve que contratar a otro compañía para hacer la terminación ya que se encangan de todo. Se que los puedo recomendar an mis familiares y amigos ya que estoy segura que el resultado será el mejor. Estoy Contento con el trabajo. Yo fuy observador de todo el proceso, se atendieron areas del techo que estaban comprometidas y se reparo ordenadamente, expicandome que ae requeria hacer y como hacerlo. FB Home Improvement, realizo una terminacion del techo muy limpia y ordenada, la Fascia fue reemplazada y pintada; Dando una vista final de total renovación a mi propiedad.

My overall experience was overwhelmingly awesome. They came and installed everything on time. Very punctual. Left everything clean. I was able to do the project is two phases, main door as well as French door, then finally the windows. I completely love the look and feel of the doors and windows.

They came on time as schedule, made the corrections on the Door, as it had been installed a safety device and required Fix.
I should have called them before Installing the Safety device. Their service went farther than expected as the door was totally adjusted and sealed.

What an amazing experience. From the field supervisor to the workers doing the manual labor- A + work! I was recommend by a friend and couldn’t be happier!! We even experienced a slight hiccup with one of our sliding door frames being delayed and they were able to expedite the material and had it the next day. What a way to execute. Great work!

The worked they need was very clean, very professional, didn't have to come to another guy to paint they already did that which I felt some companies never do highly recommend and the projects are supervised.

Excellent work by FB Doors, timely response, the work was executed with agility and efficiency, no more than 20 days from the day of the contract until the installation of the impact door, at the time of installation the workers were very careful with everything, they protected everything very well, there was no dust inside my house, the finish of the walls, frames, height of the door everything was impeccable, I would definitely hire them again for a future project.

FB Doors, did a great Job on my Roof, the finish on the fascia is beautifully, the carport has a finish that makes the side of the house look like brand new.

12/02/2024 I had an issue with my front door handle and requested service via their email address. I received a response on the same day to schedule FB Door team to come out to assess the situation.
They came out the following work day and replaced the piece which is covered under manufacturer warranty.

FB Doors left us extremely impressed by their services. They handled everything from permits, to inspection, painting and exterior and interior moldings and stucco. We did not have to do anything except be home. We were totally blown away with the end results. They are so detailed in their work. Wonderful service! The team recently finished installing 8 windows in my apt and their professionalism was astounding! The FB doors personnel was so polite and efficient. Answered all of my - little to big- questions, and kept me up-to-date on their proceedings. They helped restore the wall under my windowsill ( and replaced it) that had suffered extensive water damage from previous storms, going so far to even match the paint on the wall! I HIGHLY recommend this company not only because they seamlessly installed the windows but they were also personable.

They answered all my questions. The team that did the installation were careful and fast.

Horrendous experience. The owner, Maria was rude and had so many opportunities to do right by us but continued to show her true colors throughout this process. We bought a door with a design which they never mocked up for us to approve. No design schematics, nothing. They delivered a plain glass door and told us they add the design after, strange but several people told us this is a normal process. The design was installed and was not done to our expectations including a gap between the design and frame so we asked that this please be corrected before we make the final payment. This is when Maria became enraged, and threatened legal action haha! We had to ask many many times for this to be corrected with lackluster or no response but finally she sent someone to redo the design properly. This is after my wife had to do the actual design measurements because they still couldn't understand or get it right! Her lack of communication, hospitality, customer service and general attitude destroyed what should have been a positive experience. If she simply was kind, understanding and professional, all of this could've been avoided and it's such a shame that an owner like this reflects so poorly on all of her hardworking employees (installers, salespeople, managers). However, due to her actions and behavior, I would strongly advise all reading this to avoid working with FB!

If you want to know what working with FB Doors is REALLY like, check their Yelp reviews. Better yet, run an online search for all the lawsuits they have against customers because they would rather file suit than actually provide customer service when there is a problem (usually one THEY caused). If you do decide to chance it with them, make sure you insist on including a specific project timeline in your written contract (which all reputable companies have in the first place but FB Doors conveniently leaves out) and cross your fingers that you won't get screwed by them like so many others have. Good luck!

En primer lugar las personas que trabajaron en este nuevo proyecto fueron muy amables y respetuosas.. hoy mis hijos me dijeron que amanecio mas temprano ya que entra más luz a la casa.. nos encanto todo yo recomiendo a toda la gente que invierta en ventanas y pertas es lo mejor que pueden hacer ... felicidades. Mi instalación fue muy bien ejecutada, los instaladores muy profesionales, ordenados y rápidos, limpiaron todo al terminar y el producto luce excelente, estamos muy satisfechos y agradecidos con el cambio que ha dado nuestro hogar con este proyecto. Sin duda la seguridad se siente y ese ha sido nuestro principal propósito, desde un 5to piso los vientos son muy distintos...No duro en referir sus servicios...

Don't be scammed. Look at the positive reviews. The fact that the majority were left around the same time and use similar language is a major red flag for FAKE reviews. This is not surprising considering that FB Doors and its owner Israel are a bunch of phonies.

Unless you like dealing with a contractor that is unreliable and downright dishonest, take your business to a company that is more worthy of it.

FB Doors fue muy professional, cumplieron el contrato a tiempo, asi como su servicio ante una falla de un lock, fueron haste el final de la solucion junto al cliente.

Sorprendido, realmente tengo 43a. trabajando construccion en mansions Stallone, Versce etc...y el personal de fb doors sabe lo que hace, entraron y transformaron mi casa en algo hermoso. No puedo estar mas a gusto y contentos por el resultado.

Si recomiendo a FB Doors, ya que mi instalcion fue excelente, trabajaron en cordinacion con mi horaio por la razon de que tengo un Day Care, y no se puede trabajar en un horario regular por los niños. Fueron muy flexibles en el horario de ejecucion, el personal fue muy atento, respetuoso, y sobre todo punctual. La supervision fue controlada por el Sr. Rafael Castillo, quie estuvo muy al pendiente de todos los detalles del Proyecto hasta el final de la instalacion.
