My parents were in their mid 80's and they were still in their small home that really needed a total renovation. They had let it go for years, and the renovation was 20 years over due. We needed to add a bathroom downstairs, since getting up the stairs could take time at their age. We ended up incorporating a small back porch(10' x 10') into part of the house on both the first and second floor. This allowed us to make the kitchen an eat-in kitchen on the first floor. On the second floor it allowed us to add a Master Bathroom, as well as a putting the washer and dryer on the second floor. Frank Cunha did the design and totally transformed the house. His design was amazing and he transformed my parents house with just a tiny addition to it. Not only that, as I first stated my parents were in their mid eighties, my father had mild dementia and my mother was suffering from congestive heart failure. Frank treated them with respect and dignity and listened to what they had to say, even the we as the children were making most of the decisions. He made sure that my mother's wish list was met by his design. His kindness and understanding were something I never expected, but it took this difficult project from what could have been a nightmare, to one of the joy. My parents are now deceased but they lived in and loved their new beautiful home for several years. Thanks to Frank. I would recommend him and his company to anyone.
