Oscar France was very prompt in coming to see me to provide a quote which was competitive and comprehensive to what I needed. The job was a pretty large pool removal, replacing 45 year old cracked concrete with updated stamped cement, bringing in and grading new dirt behind the new cement, placing large boulder rocks in the former pool area, and installing water and power lines to the back part of the yard. It's almost finished and we are delighted with the new back yard!

You truly get what you pay for. Opting for the cheapest bid, I was met with a disappointing outcome-an unlevelled concrete surface and shoddy finishing. Mr. France's habit of juggling multiple projects led to him rushing between jobs and showing up late in the evening to complete the work. This lack of professionalism was evident. I regret my decision and will not be using his services again.
