    tile guest bathroom and new screen door for porch

    We contracted FCC Home Improvement for two projects. He made a screen door for our porch and laid tile in our guest bathroom. Their was two chipped pieces of tile laid down and the screen door keep sticking. Mark said he would come back to fix but was too busy right now but would come back to it. We waited and then called him 25 times and he never return the calls and never honored his 12 month warranty

    Mark quoted the job and the work was performed by Barry and his crew. The job had some mistakes due to communication but once Mark was contacted, the job was corrected. I would use Mark again.

    Rebuild home from hurrican house split in half

    Do not use him. He said he could do a Building Contractor job but he is not Licensed to do so and led us to believe he was, took our money then Beaufort County shut him down doing things illegal and unsafe building. Never contacted us about our money which was a large amount had to hire another company, they had to redo everything plus more to ccrrect roof and wall structures. A THEIF, liar,and much more.

When talking to Mark you will see that he knows the ins and outs of nearly every type of residential construction, remodeling, roofing, and anything and everything else that pertains to construction. His knowledge base is incredible and his work is thorough and precise in all aspects! Mark McGilton is a true rarity in the construction field, he's honest, dependable and he sticks to his guarantee of "fine craftsmanship"! His prices may be higher than others but the quality you will receive from this company is far superior than any other company and it will be worth every penny spent! I highly recommend Mark McGilton and his company FCC: HOME IMPROVEMENTS, LLC to anyone with home improvement needs,new contrustion plans, roofing, including the many other types of jobs performed by this company and its talented and professional crew! This company is by far the best construction/home improvement company I've ever had the pleasure of contracting for service! They truly are exceptional! I'm enjoying the quality of their work everyday in my near completely remodeled home, from the new roof, new hardwood flooring, the painting, trim work, tile floor and my exquisite new frameless glass shower unit with the most beautiful tile work I've ever seen!     Fix a leaky roof on sunroom

    Leaky Roof Contractor

    I contracted FCC Home Improvements to repair a roof on a sun room on a villa.
    I paid him his full asking price of 1500.00 plus to do the job, half up front and half when completed. There was a 24 month warranty on the roof.
    It never stopped leaking. When I called Mark McGilton he informed me that it would be another 800.00 to come back a finish an already warranted job.
    We agreed on an 500.00, to fix what was supposedly already fixed.
    I told him after the 1500, i could afford it after the Holidays. He did take a 250.00 deposit on the job. I was contacted by his office to say that they were giving the 250.00 as he did not want to honor his price.
    Now I am left with a very leaky roof, with 18 months left on the warranty and now it looks like I have to start from scratch with another contractor.
    I have full intentions of pursuing Mr McGilton legally on this matter and would never recommend him!
