My experience with FD Jones couldn't have been any worse. He installed my Generac generator, which was t he wrong one, and then had to remove it and install the correct one. His service is horrible. His office staff can not answer a single question. It's always, Dave handles that. Call him in the morning. He rarely returns a call until you call at least twice. He has a total of 2 or 3 people, all his family (other than the women who answers the phone). Look at his projects. Fewer and fewer year after year. Why, one reason is that most of his staff has left. Only his son and his brother remain. Simply, do not hire him.
