The particular person I'm dealing with, the sales rep, was very easy to get in contact with. We had to change the equipment several times and he was there to find the right combination of things for us to have. He was very helpful with the code that he gave. And the installation went pretty smooth. They delivered and installed the equipment for us in a timely manner and that's what I was looking for. I would say they exceeded my expectation. The pricing could have been a touch better, but it was still within budget.
