We were extremely satisfied with Feldman Construction. We have worked with Ginadi Feldman twice (2 different bathrooms). We remodeled one bathroom with Ginadi (in 2022), and didn’t look further when we were ready to remodel another bathroom (in 2024). Both bathroom remodels were major, completely gutted and upgraded. Feldman construction did a terrific job renovating our town home. They
Installed 155 feet of fence around the house and installed a new gate. They also renovated our kitchen and added one guests bathroom. Ginadi and his crew did an outstanding job. They were always responsive,knowledgeable,kind, reliable, always honest and very very professional. Every advice or idea they gave us ended up being perfect and the right one for us. I was most impressed with Feldman Construction. My husband and I wanted to get a quote to remodel both our bathrooms in our condo. We were most impressed with Ginadi's knowledge and professionalism. A bit about the project, we bought two story 4 bedroom 2.5 baths in historical zone, which can be a little
Tricky since there’s lots of codes and restrictions related to the external appearance of the house.
We did a full house remodeling, added one more bathroom, build about 500 sq ft room edition, we also did a new driveway and a new outdoor kitchen.
We are so happy to be live in our new house and Feldman Construction really made our dream house come true.

My husband and I bought a house and knew right away that we wanted to do a full house remodel and addition. After interviewing many contractors, to our luck- we came across Ginadi and Feldman construction. From the moment we met him, we knew we were going to be in good hands. He was very patient with us explaining the process and also very helpful with giving us many different ideas and helping guide us through decisions we were less certain about. We were mostly afraid of how much time and headache we may have with adding such a big addition as well as dealing with the county- but Ginadi and his team took care of all of that and did so smoothly.

Ginadi Feldman was our project manager for our home remodel in 2021. From start to finish their communication was top-notch, transparent and they brought the highest level of quality. We did a significant remodel on our house and they helped us manage every step of the way. Ginadi was there from beginning to end and his attention to detail and level of integrity is unmatched. He told us when to order finishes based on varying lead times during the pandemic, gave us accurate timeframes of what would be happening each day/week and most importantly were flexible with our timeframe because we lived in the house during the work. We know this was a huge hassle for them because they couldn't work as efficiently - but they were willing to go that extra mile. During walkthroughs he inspected everything and never tried to rush to finish, he ensured we had the home of our dreams. So hats off to Ginadi and his team - by the end we all felt like family and we loved working with them.

I can't say enough great things about Ginadi Feldman with Feldman Construction. When first looking for a contractor to take on our entire house remodel, Ginadi and his team seemed to be the company that we could trust with such a project. It was such a joy to work with Ginadi, who communicated with us every step of the way and was extremely easy to work with. I contacted Feldman Construction after we got recommendations from a family member and after seeing the positive reviews online, we had a great connection from the beginning. Ginadi was punctual and very responsive throughout the entire project. He worked with us to obtain permits from the city and started and ended the job in the agreed time frame.
We added a master bedroom and bath (400 sqft), central heat and cooling system, new hardwood floors and recessed lighting throughout the house, large hallway closets, moved the existing bathroom to a new location, and painted inside and outside. Phew! He also came with me to pick out tile and flooring and helped me with ideas since the interior design is not one of my strong suits.
It has been several months, and we are enjoying and loving our new house.
