    Zero stars would be most appropriate. Justin did sub standard work in every aspect of building our home. Roof was damaged, and NOT disclosed to us at closing. Roof leaks, window improperly installed, deck not built to code, drywall cracking in multiple areas, grading not done to code, broken counter tops, insulation not to code and so much more

    BUYER BEWARE! This builder is as unethical as I have ever seen. He left us with sub par workmanship and unfinished work. He broke promises, rushed to close on the house and has avoided tens of thousands of dollars worth of code violations.

    You WILL regret doing business with this person! And make SURE you have a GOOD lawyer!

    Finish a house under construction
    $240,000

    According to Justin he's a HVAC trained individual. He uses his girlfriend's brothers, who aren't trained in construction, to do most of the work. While the house is solid, there are so many cosmetic things that need to be finished. Lots of promises little follow through. He missed 5 closings and we were ready to walk and start the whole process over again. Several of our neighbors did just that, they walked and went with another builder. He makes his own timeline and you just have to live with it. I am really sorry that we went with this builder. 3 months after closing there still things that aren't done.

    Never was able to hire. He backed out.

    Over promises and under commits. Justin seems to understand construction but not how to interact with his clients. He will give you an total build price but is unable to supply complete spec sheets and building allowances.

    For weeks he told us he could build our home. Then at the last minute, he stopped communicating and backed out.

    I would not suggest anyone build with Felicity Homes.
