    After Felipe got out of hospital he was very attentive for someone having broken bones I will hire him again when he gets better

    I am still working with Felipe to resolve an issue or two. Felipe is personable, attentive and created a plan I was satisified with. The completion took longer than expected due to a personal situation that arose for Felipe. I think he and his team were a bit stretched towards the end of the project and he was not able to fully supervise his young crew. He couldn't be in two places at once. Felipe tried to correct issues but one or two still needs to be rectified. Young crew not experienced enough working with templates and cutting the design to give exceptional finished look. Will provide higher rating when outstanding issues are rectified. Felipe does try to give a good customer experience. I know we can bring this project to a satisfactory conclusion.

    Landscape Digging up concrete,, placing papers around shedprojec

    Frlipw and his brother seemed to have the knowledge and skill. But it appeared they picked up workers from Hone Depot. Not impressed. It was redone about 3 times because it was VERY WAVY and not level. Duh. They used my buckets without permission, left them dirty. Left chip bags, coke bottles, and one of my rakes is missing, just discovered. Way too expensive. Workers did damage to part of the shed which was recently painted. They patched it up, not the same. Didnt vacuum up excess sand. I had to do it. Big mistake on my part.

    Considered for Complete Yard Redo

    I just hired Felipe's Construction. I took note of he high ratings from other clients. Out of the three contractors contacted only Felipe will provide all the aspecrs of the project within my budget. He came personally to view the area, communicated with me afterwards and provided a satisfactory proposal within a couple of days. Work to start in 12 days. Anxious to see finished project.
