    Remove old wood fence / replace with 6' white vinyl fence
    $11,000

    Back in December 2022 we paid Fence and Deck Depot $11,000 to secure our backyard with a white vinyl fence. We have 2 special needs children and 3 dogs and were initially pleased.

    The wait was a bit long but their attention to detail and customer service was great (TILL THEY RECEIVED BALANCE DUE). 8 months later one of the slats (equivalent to a wood sized fence board) came out. I spoke to a Greg Witt who gave me his email [email protected] to send photos and told me he'd follow up in a day or 2. Nothing! A week later I called on August 7th 2023 and despite paying $11,000 eight months prior and reminding them the purpose was to provide a safe and secure yard for our 2 children with Down's Syndrome and our beloved dogs they didn't give a damn. Unless we were to pay a minimum of $750 to deal with us they'd not back up their work. I'm sure this slat can'tbe more than $15 (the original likely could've been used) and with their knowledge a whopping 10 minutes but they didn't give a damn!!!

    There's many companies who do fencing I suggest one considering this expenditure seek out a company with decency who backs up their work. That isn't Fence and Deck Depot.

    On 12-28-22 this place built a completely different fence than agreed upon. Now, I understand that’s open to conjecture so I’ll just present the finished product. The GM came out and said he would make it right and built the way I expected. Here it is 3 days later and I had to track him down for a date/time only to find out he was going back on his word. Got to speak to the owner as well. A guy called Sean Nesbit. Although he was speaking from his office, 6.8 MILES FROM ME, he said he’d be by next Tuesday. I’ve never felt so important in my life!

    If you go with Fence & Deck Depot expect this horrible quality for your money.

    Names to avoid in this industry: Fence & Deck Depot, Sean Nesbit, Karl Andris and Greg Witt because they will screw you over without a second thought.
