  Put on a fence

  Same as everyone comenting above. Paid half of the total cost $4K back in April 2022, they lied to me the whole time. Karla was the in the middle of all the communication and she knew what was going on. The company filed a chapter 7 bankruptcy then couldn't provide the documentation the court asked for and they request was denied.
  Do any one knows of a Class Action Lawsuit against them? Never been in this situationa and perhaps hiring a lawyer will be more expensive and probably wont enen get my money back. Appreciate any help on hoe to recoup my money.

  We put down a deposit of $1200 cash in April, 2022. They gave us an install date of August 3, 2022 because they were so busy. On that date, no one showed up to do the installation; nor did we receive a phone call explaining why. We called them and were told that the earliest install date would now be in October. We decided to cut our losses and find someone else to do the work. We asked for a refund which we have not received as of December 24, 2022. The man who finally installed our fence said he had worked for them for three days, realized they were ripping people off and quit.

  this nightmare started in July I contacted the company I requested a quote they were very fast at first I sent 50% ($3387) they sent me payment receipts they were very attentive that's how they work to catch you, then they told me they had no work staff they were going to hire new employees who were going through personal problems and endless stories, months went by they didn't give me dates for the job at the end of so much insisting they told me for December and they had agreed with me it wasn't going to take more than two months I decided to cancel with them, they sent the request, I made it, it's been more than a month and they haven't refunded the money, and they no longer answer emails, calls or messages.

  I canceled my contract with this company on 12/05/2022, for failing to comply with the installation times. When canceling my contract they said that they could take up to 20 business days for my refund, today is 07/20/2022 and they do not give me my money, nobody knows how to give an answer, and Mrs. Karla is even sorry to answer my calls because her bosses do not respond for the return of my money. EVALUATE THE COMPANY WELL BEFORE MAKING ANY CONTRACT!!!

  Hice cancelación de mi contrato con esta empresa el día 05/12/2022, por incumplir en los tiempos de instalación. Al cancelar mi contrato estos dijeron que podían tomar hasta 20 días hábiles para mi rembolso, hoy es 07/20/2022 y no me dan mi dinero, nadie sabe dar una respuesta, ya la Sra Karla posee hasta pena de atender mis llamadas porque sus jefes no responden por el retorno de mi dinero. EVALÚEN BIEN LA EMPRESA ANTES DE HACER CUALQUIER CONTRATO!!!

  where do I even begin, If this company contacts you RUN don’t WALK .. we started with this company in Feb of 2022, we made an initial deposit and then everything went south. first the company was suppose to get the permits from the city they supposedly submitted the documents via mail and however we waited 2months on permits just to finally get tired of waiting go to the permit department ourself and find out the paperwork was never even submitted and they don’t even except mail in the only did in person and online submissions. then we got the permit in 3 days and the company tells us they have to schedule out 4 months till august. this alone was extremely frustrating because we have a large dog and needed a fence urgent but we let it go . fast forward we are now in Aug our appointment was the 11th no show we contacted the company the day before to confirm and they stated they would be here . we were calling all day and kept hearing that they were going to call when they were coming and they never called. they kept saying that they will be here soon they were finishing another job but I knew for a fact that they were not coming at all . I requested a refund and they refund was on a freaking google doc. this company is extremely unprofessional and a waste of time and from the review I don’t even wanna hold my breath about our refund supposed they have a 21 day refund policy but there are numerous people who have said they never received a refund and it’s been months.

  Trouble from day one. Did not get back to us when they ran into a problem, although they said they did. We waited for 3 months to hear about the fence to be put up. When I did get a hold of someone I would get a run around. I then told them I wont to cancel the fence and get my down payment back. I was told to fill out the form and i would get it back in 20 working days less $100. That was 6 weeks ago and no check. We have been calling and told we would get it in 1 or 2 days. We keep calling and get told the same thing. At this point we have to call from other peoples cell phone because they stop answering are calls. All I can say if you do business with them good luck.
