Steve was the only contractor to physically visit the site. When the crew arrived, they quickly removed the old fence. An issue cropped up with a neighbor that they were able to work around. Ross came out the second day and supervised the completion of the project, including a larger-than-standard fence. The result is quite pleasing. I really don't think that I'll have any problems with it, but if I do, Ross has promised to take care of it (in re. the fence!
