The fence post material was defective and began rotting in the ground after two years, eventually causing catastrophic failure. After much unpleasant debate, Fence City remediated the failed posts for a cash payment, but within a couple months additional post failure occurred.
The company offered a refund after we contacted the BBB.
One star for the owner's and salesman's unprofessional behavior. One additional star for Harold, the General Manager, who was an empathetic peacemaker.
