This company is garbage, I recommend that everyone stays away, did not respect anything in the contract. I provided all the paperwork from day one and the money in advance required, to install the fence normally it takes between 4 to 6 weeks maximum 8 weeks but it did not happen in that period of time nobody reached out to me during this period. After 6 weeks they called me and told me to wait 2 more weeks. I told them no problem but after 3 weeks passed by nobody has called about installing the fence so I called back and they had the audacity to make me wait 2 more weeks. I do not have any trust anymore in this company, I requested a refund to get my money back but then they tell me that I need to pay a fee for cancelation, it is not my fault that they did not hold up their end of the bargain and not respect the contract. For this reason i strongly advise new customers to stay away and not do business with the following company. Once I solve this issue with the company and recover my money i will give an update.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! They make false promises in regards to a timeframe you can expect your fence. 0on the date I signed my contract i submitted my HOA approval and provided payment information for a deposit. My deposit payment was processed the following day and I was told by the sales rep that it will be 2 to 3 weeks after my permit was approved. That was 4 weeks ago and I finally received my permit approval update from them today after I made numerous calls to follow up. After receiving the email notification I contacted them to ask more or less by when and they respond by telling me 1 to 2 weeks then recants the email and says 6 to 12 weeks due to product being on back order and also depending on when I signed my contract.
This is all info that may have been told to me during this whole waiting process. This company is extremely misleading and unprofessional. Please DO NOT USE them if you're counting on a timeframe because it will not happen. I was planning my other son's 1st yr old bday in our backyard and now have to cancel my plans because of this smh. So upsetting!!!
