Jason was quick to respond to my inquiry, and get a very expensive gate built on my property. His team was first negligent to not pay attention to the weight of the gate versus the materials installing it. It immediately was shifting and bending. They also didn't take into account the wind factor. Both of these issues (weight and wind) immediately caused issues, which I paid for improvements to "solve" them. Weeks later, the issues continued and I was told it was a power issue. I consistently followed up with the owner for months with no response until he finally told me to get someone else to fix it. No solutions - just gave up because he no longer had time for me and got the money out of me he wanted (over $6k). I then spent months trying to figure out the power issue - to find there was no power issue and that the gate was shifting from being installed in a rush with no care. Then, I spent weeks getting more quotes to fix this, which prove he was negligent in the proper installation of the original gate. When I presented these to him, he claims it's still a power issue and that he can't do anything about it...but it's not a power issue, the gate's power is operating...I'm having to tear out the gate his team installed (cost over $6k) and repair it to the tune of $4k. So over half of what I originally paid him I'm having to pay to correct his work. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Work is rushed, uninformed and then you will be stuck fixing it while the owner of this business takes ZERO accountability.
