Fence job gone wrong with Fence World of CT from North Haven and Madison:
In July 2018 the Fence World of CT Company was finishing up a fence installation I contracted them to install. I showed the supervisor some concerns I had with the job and this is where things went downhill. My concerns were that the fence work did not match an existing fence and several posts were not aligned properly. The supervisor not only stated he disagreed with me but he stated he had no intention to redo any of their work as I requested. He proceeded to call me a “liar”, and said I was “blind”. When I asked him to leave my property and proceeded to walk away the salesman in a threatening tone told me “not to turn my back on him” and he reached out for me. He then stated “he did not have to leave my property because he had an open contract with me and the work was not complete, and he could come and go as he pleases until the work is done”.
In conclusion the work was unsatisfactory and the company management is not someone I would recommend based on the above.
