About the same as above. He took 10,000.00 for material & OMG - worse tile job I have ever seen. Dura Rock was put in uneven, incorrectly, not water proofed and very much a mess as in the pics above. He was arrogant and confident that he could keep my money for materials. I am a senior, he didn't care. He told me if I tried to sue him, I would lose. 3 other contractors said it had to be torn out & one took many pics. I had to fire Du it all - Ivan Fenyvesi of White Lake, MI before he could damage the 2nd bathroom he was to do.
Warning, he will take your money & leave you with an expensive mess to clean up (re do). He doesn't care about the customer, or so it was my experience.
Fenyvesi, Ivan Gary in White Lake, MI holds a Builder Individual license (2101092788) according to the Michigan license board. Buyer beware! Told me he was keeping 7,500.oo of my 10,000.00. No compassion and dishonest.

Will add pics when I learn how!

and first of all the job was in day two of tiling . And home owner did not explain that she did not like tile that she picked out and she wanted it down and started with a different tile that she would pick again .If you no you can get your money back for tile that is put up .SECOND homeowner never told you that she remove tile and glass from walls after we left that night ALL material were picked by homeowner and my plumber who is working for me for 20 plus years Linda hired her ex who was plumber to do the job who never got pain for any of the plumbing I BOUGHT ALL material tile drywall duarock waterproofing what linda says I never did but in pictures you can see all seams are waterproof this was a tub shower job All plumbing fixtures were on the job snd installed I had 4 days in ripping and prep dumpster cost plumbing cost of fixtures and tile that was ruined so I took all expense wrote check back for 2500.00 that linda would not cash for three months AND after talking to the state she cashed it finally ALSO linda does not own the house anymore got paid off from someone to get her out of the house because people could not go in to fix or finish the problems so we just dropped out LINDA gave tile to plumber AND they returned to the tile shop what they took a 20% restocking fee When this all set and linda stops saying I ripped her of I will give the return tile funds back to her and all other expense is accounted for. ONCE again I'm great at the computer or putting thing great word But you should get the idea that after bring in business foe 34 years and I did over 300 bathroom and kitchen if I was rip off person I first would have my licence taking away by please remove linda complaint because this not true and linda I have many reference and phone numbers and voice mail

He was responsible for the tile in our bathroom remodel
    $25,000
    90 days
    Stay away

The worst experience I have ever had with a contractor . The tile work he did was totally unacceptable and required bringing in an outside tile expert to repair the work , missing grout , chipped tiles , grout set on the tile , tiles not flat , uneven grout lines . If I could share pictures , I would . My 6 week job is just finishing after 12 weeks . I have now brought in experts that our correcting all the mistakes and trying to make the job look like its new and not 5 years old . Stay away !
