Fenzel Air is the only contractor I would recommend, other companys try to sell you stuff that you don't need , Fenzel Air will solve the problems and give you opinions. I highly recommend them

This is the contractor who installed our HVAC in our new Florida home. After just 2 years the a/c evaporator coil failed in the new Lenox HVAC system this contractor selected and installed in my new home.. Lenox supplied a new coil under warranty at no cost. Fenzel came back with the first quote. As a senior I was in danger of exposure so chose Fenzel. However, I was charged $1200 for labor to replace the coil in this first floor easily accessible unit by Fenzel Air. It was a 2 1/2 hour job. Thereafter we received the 2 additional quotes of $640-$725 for their replacement labor cost. Evidently, these were more reputable HVAC companies. This senior citizen believes he was taken advantage of and feels robbed by this firm. Get at least 2 other quotes in addition to Fenzel BEFORE you have them do any work. IMO these folks are not reputable or honest.
