    bought his flipped home

    Greg Ferguson flipped a house that I purchased. As part of the closing contingency he was to replace the roof. He DID NOT do that... he patched his work and claimed that it was replaced. Only 3 months later the roof was leaking. He climbed back up there and "fixed" it. 2 years later, the roof is sinking, leaking and falling into my home. I am now in need a full replacement not to mention the damage caused to the inside of the home. If that is how he treats his properties/clients, you should think twice before hiring him or his crew.l

    If I could give a negative number I would. Our project was a nightmare. After we received the CO we had to spend $150,000+ to finish the house per the contract. Personal items were missing from the house. Appliances, European cabinets, bath fixtures were damaged. And after only 3 years we have leaks and are uncovering structural damage.
