I would not recommend this contractor. Severe failure to communicate and pushed back closing dates multiple times. Constant issue with contract details and no attention to detail overall. Very nice family based man, just not someone to rely on when you want a home for your family.

I absolutely discourage anyone from buying a home by Chris Ferguson. The homes can be fixed to work well and look nice, but expect to fix allt of things were he cuts corners. I have been in one of his homes for a little over a year and i believe i have noted all of his mistakes/half-ass work its just a matter of time before i get all of them done.. i have done probably about 5-600 hours of work, from fixing floorboards, septic leaks, leach fields, crawlspace mold, window repair(fogging on all sides) and he had a the drain certain justbrunning directly into the dirt so it had nowhere to go so the border of the property would just overflow into the year and with the water leaking into yhe seltic the pump ran non-stop pumping shot water up and i to my yeard causing it to flow down the driveway. He also left alot of trash in the woods, just putting dirt over it. Its a headache but if you have the time and money to spend its OKay i guess... oh and goodluck trying to ge ahold of him once he knows you own one of his houses.... *67.
