Though work with Mitch Ferguson started well, he failed to obtain the required permits for our project. He repeatedly told us it was either not required or after we found that it was required, that he had taken care of them. When we checked with the City of Tacoma, we were told the permits were necessary and that Mitch Ferguson had never even started the process of obtaining these permits. When we confronted him with this fact, he promptly disappeared. He has never answered any calls or texts. We have had to hire an engineer to get our permits completed and the project has remained incomplete for over a year and a half.

Just as a follow-up to the above comment, he had never finished the inside of the fireplace flue and, had we ever built a fire before having someone else redo the entire thing, it and our house, might have burnt down. This man is a criminal and, if we ever can legally track him down, we will sue him.
