Fernando showed up after our scheduled appointment. I showed him the scope of work to remove wood deck and price to replace with a trex deck on front deck and back porch. He measured out job and said would send estimate in a few days. Never received anything. No call back when messages left.
Not sure if he is a scammer, sick, jail or retired.
