The work performed was very good, but there were problems with theft by one of the painters (a high dollar amount in cash that was to be used to pay all the contractors), that would be difficult to prosecute without due to too many fingerprints all over the area from various contractors even though we know when it happened and who was there at the time. Further, there were delays in the job getting completed because the same person of interest failed to show up on time one day, and not at all on another because "he got too drunk" according to the owner (this was before the grand larceny). That, and the fact that a business owner would say such to a client amounted to a sad lack of professionalism, and created a very bad experience for this client. Worse, after the job was over, it was discovered that one or more of the painters thought it would be funny to urinate all over the white shower curtains in both interior bathrooms. This business came as a recommendation, but I would not recommend them to anyone.
