This man ruined my family's 2 flat apartment building. The workers he uses are unqualified and completely inept. Most of them also don't speak any english, making it difficult or impossible to explain to them what you'd like them to do. We've spent 40k correcting the pluming issues his guys caused and 15k correcting electrical issues. After 2 years of delays, poor work, excuses and an additional 30k added to his budget, we eventually fired him. Good riddance. The man is a fraud.
