Similar situation to Ron S. Building was due Mar 2018 and it is now Aug 2018. He has not paid several of his subs and they refuse to continue until paid. I also filed an ROC complaint.

Beware of this guy. Paid him $47,500.00 on a $55,857.00 contract for a simple garage in Parks. Contract is already past the completion date with little bad weather. Paid for materials not provided and project is only about 40% done with no recent activity. Hired a lawyer and would like to hear from others out there with the same issues to pass on to my lawyer. Filed with ROC and am taking legal action. Reach me at [email protected]. Very bad situation and owner does not respond even to lawyers. This is NOT a money argument but taking large sum of money and not providing the work.

Dan and the FHB crew built a large double car garage and a screened porch additions onto our family home. The garage and porch are well built and have withstood the recent hot summers and wet winters without an issue. Dan is easy to work with and communicated with us through out the process.
