BEWARE OF FIBERCLASSY POOLS AND THE SWIMMING MAN from the Austin Tx. They are trying to get established in the East Texas area! They even have a contractor from Mt Pleasant TX that will come with them to bid your job telling you that FIBERCLASSY is a good company. ALL LIES! They will dazzle you with cool videos of your house and pool.
Greg Smith, Sabin Smith and Karma Cloud Smith Montagne. The family that steals from hard-working people.
We signed a contract with this company and they took 1/2 the money on July 27,2016, they said they needed that much money to order & pay for the pool and delivery so they could fast track this job, that's the main reason we went with them, they promised to start our pool on Aug 5, 2016, then they pushed back a week and then we never heard another word from then.
These people are dishonest and need to be in jail, they are thieves.
They will tell you that the equipment that you want will be ordered, but in the contract, it will not be listed. They used our money to pay other people, did not even pay for the pool or delivery. The last we heard from Karma is that she was on a vacation and Sabin was out of town. BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE. We have no complaints with Leisure Pools or Kanga pools out of Houston. They are trying to help us. Greg, Karma, Sabin and their contractor from Mt. Pleasant have done nothing but caused us grief and lied to us. After researching FIBERCLASSY Pools and the SWIMMING MAN we have found bad reviews over and over. Don't make the same mistake we did. Research for yourselves. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

Fiberclassy pools supported my pool with concrete bags and when they ran out of those filled sand bags with gravel. All the gravel bags have broke open and the pool is collapsing he never got permits for anything on my pool. Greg Smith never returned calls he is a total scammer. Now I'm paying a large amount of my money to support pool correctly. Many other issues with Fiberclassy pools. Save your money and get a concrete inground pool.
