When we finally decided to do a complete kitchen remodeling, we spent a good amount of hours by looking up several construction companies online and reading/checking them online. After I completed my research, I left with several companies that stood out to me in terms of work completed and satisfaction. After talking with Fidelity builders and design telling them that we want to obtain a quote for the kitchen remodeling, they sent Oren to our house to measure the space and to discuss with us about what our goals were. We then met Omry at the office to mainly talk about the design and type of finishes. We were very impressed with the quality of the cabinet doors and the overall quality. After receiving the estimate, we obtain few other estimates from other companies so we will know if the price was good or bad. Omry came to our house at least 4 times more following the estimate to discuss about additional design ideas. We were really impressed with some of his ideas including removing the soffits to increase the height of the cabinets, adding a wall of tile above the stove and having a double side island for storage space, and moving all electrical plugs/switches below the upper cabinets for a seamless backsplash. We decided to move forward with Fidelity builders and design to do our kitchen design, and install. We were pleased each step of the remodeling. The design and engineering phases were great experiences because they had awesome ideas that increased the cabinet functionality. They were also very helpful with helping us choose all the hardware, colors, type of trims, and molding. Omry was great along the way helping us coordinate and schedule all the deliveries. Jose was the main installer. He had great attention to small details and he made sure that everything will be no less than perfect. Omry was in contact with us often to make sure that everything is going good and he was always available for us. After the kitchen was complete, we had some issues with the cabinets. Omry took cate of it immediately and fixed all the problems. We were impressed on how he handled the problems and fixed them it in a timely manner. The final touch up repairs were completed a week after the work was finally done. Omry called us few days before to schedule that and to make sure we were happy and to inform us that if we need any adjustment or repair…. Just to let him know and he will take care of that right away. Overall excellent customer service, outstanding product, beautiful kitchen... We could not be any happier with the final product!!!

We had a big difficult and attention challenging project to be done. The house is on the hill side with give or take of a 1500 sq/ft, repairing the previous work that was half completed, redesigning the existing deck and much more… all of this included the technically aspect of the work and all the paperwork (approvals, permits, and the list keep going on and on...)
We hired Fidelity Builders and Design to do all the work that the deck required. Our decision to hire them was because we heard great comments and feedback from several people that hired and used them in the past and we loved that more than normal. More than that, we called and spoke to a past client of Fidelity Builders and Design that apparently hired them in the past for a very similar project and we drove to see it. At the end, as I stated above, we ended up allowing Fidelity Builders and Design to handle and work on everything the is related to the project and that’s including all the paperwork, planning and even a design that we want to do after the deck was built (we realized at the end that they are much better interior & exterior designers than us...) During the whole work, we felt like we were getting so much more than what we paid for OR agreed on with Tal and the company. When it comes to service and the overall scope of the work and project, we can mention and say that at the end we got the backyard deck of our dreams and we thank them for that!

From the moment I contacted Fidelity Builders and Design, we were treated like kings. They were communicative and answered all of our questions with a great advises and ideas. The estimate was given to us within few days after the meeting with Mati who came and saw the kitchen and he said that they can complete all the requests that we want. More than once Mati said "No" to things that we thought to do and he explained the reasons why he can’t do them. He always found a way to accommodate us and mainly we didn’t feel like our kitchen remodel was "not good enough for the type of work that they do", (although some other contractors did...) we replaced all the countertops and backsplash (including patching up some holes in the ceiling), and some spackling done in our garage. Not only did they do these repairs as they promised, the working people were clean, courteous and highly-skilled. They even used the countertop that we wanted and gave us plenty of ideas and support throughout the entire remodeling. We felt clearly that they care a lot about the remodeling. The field manager (Mati), checked in the workers every day throughout the job, and answered all the questions we had. The process of the whole remodeling was smooth, and we were able to stay in our home the entire time. They even went the extra mile and replaced some of the tiles that were not good, and went to the store for us whenever we asked. That is amazing service! All-in-all, not only were the service and the workers great, our kitchen is more than beautiful! The guys did an amazing job, and the attention to detail that the workers had was breathtaking. The new grout that Mati and his guys installed, was the perfect color, they edged lines for the backsplash using metal edging, and they even painted and sealed the area under the countertop to make sure that the color was even. They took so much time and care into making sure everything looked right-all within the allotted time. Just simply unbelievable work! I literally cried when I saw how beautiful it was. I was 100% happy with the result (and that is saying a lot, since I am very picky and have very high standards). I am so glad that I contacted Mati about this job. We will now use them whenever we have any additional home updates needed. We will also recommend them to our friends that are looking for an amazing contractor. Thanks a lot, guys!!

We hired Fidelity Builders and Design to remodel our bathroom and the overall impression from this remodeling was that the process and final results were great. Apparently our neighbors hired them to remodel their kitchen and they were very happy with them and mainly with Tal When we spoke to our neighbors, they gave us their number and we called and spoke to Tal. Tal was very pleasant person to talk to and we asked him to come over and to see what we want to do. During our meeting with him, he sat down and talk to us asking all kind of questions and he took the time to listen to what we would like to have and he walked with us through all the possible options that we can have. A week after, we had a complete estimate and mainly with time frames. The price that Tal gave us was very competitive and included everything we wanted. Right after we agreed and understood the estimate, we met again with Tal and we signed the agreements. Tal kept us informed about the project manager that he assigned to us and everything was tracked and signed off on via their website. The remodeling itself was completed as Tal told us in the estimate and the quality was excellent. During the work, the workmen and subcontractors were very professional and they took the time to answer all the questions we had. They also made sure we agreed to any adjustments as needed if something didn't look right or didn't match what was asked for in the plan. They tried to keep everything clean and put up barriers to keep the dust down. In the end everything came out beautifully and we love it so far.

My first experience from this remodeling is that if you are cheap and looking for any contractor who is willing to make shortcuts in order to compromise with the quality of the work in order to meet a deadline, then the best advice is to move on and fast! And to understand that this company is not for you. On the other hand, if you're looking for someone professional high end home improvement contractor, then you should definitely consider Fidelity Builders and Design. I hired Fidelity Builders and Design (Jorge) to renovate my bathroom. All the people that I dealt with from the moment I called until the job was completed was professional and I could clearly see that they were interested in making life long customers. I had the pleasure of having Jorge as the project manager. I am a very picky person and I knew exactly what I wanted to have from this renovation and how I wanted the new bathroom to look like upon completion. Jorge impressed me by understanding exactly what I was looking for and he was able to put a gather a great team to renovate my bathroom the way I envisioned. I appreciate the fact that Jorge took the time to make sure all material was approved by me before using them for the renovation. I understand that during these renovations it’s likely to encounter some sort of problem during the process, and my renovation was no exception. It was nice to have a good project manager like Jorge to be at my house and identifying the problem, and most importantly to come up with a resolution that satisfied me. He closely monitored the renovation and stepped in when he needed to. At the end of the renovation, he did a walk through with me and made sure I was completely satisfied with the work before taking the final payment from me. I had an overall good experience. I will definitely use Fidelity Builders and Design again and would highly recommend it.

Asher from Fidelity Builders and Design renewed my confidence in general contractors-- his team is absolutely amazing!!! Here's about our experience with Asher and his workers. I purchased a home and when I moved into the home, the kitchen was the main space at the house that I wanted to remodel. More than that, the master bedroom at the house turned out to have numerous issues that needed me to remodel it as well. That was the time when I started shopping around for a general contractor that can do it. My plan was to search and ask people that I know if they know any one and to search online for a contractor that will be responsible and reliable. Then, to meet with each one of them and try to compare apple to apple so I will know what I get myself into. After meeting with several companies and one man construction companies, I decided to go with a friend recommendation... Fidelity Builders and Design. The first weekend that Asher came to the house, he brought with him many samples of work that he did in the past for others and few samples of materials such as cabinets, paint color combinations etc.… The first meeting was very good and productive. Asher explained me his general idea of things that he would like to do and as part of his estimate, he will make me a 3D design of the new kitchen so I will have a close idea of how the new one will look like. During all my meetings with Asher, I didn’t have the feeling that he is trying to push the sale or to add me items that I don’t need o asked for. After 2 additional meetings, we wrapped the deal and Asher provided me with a work schedule so will be on top of the things and I will know what will be done and when. The kitchen work started after a week and during that week, bulk items start to arrive the house. Asher and his office staff organized the deliveries and they actually made sure that no delays will happened with them. Work went as scheduled and the workers worked fast and clean. The new kitchen was completed after 3 weeks of heavy work and the last payments proved me that no hidden charges were added to the final bill as Asher promised me. Good work results, Great people to deal and work with and reliable as well.

Fidelity Builders and Design did an amazing job with our condo renovations. My wife and I worked with a project manager, Tal, who was very useful in coordinating by all aspects of the job, mainly because both my wife and I are working more than 40 minutes away from home 6 days a week. If we gone with individual companies for the paint, wood floors, carpenters, etc., the job would have taken a lot more of our time and probably lasted much longer. The reason why I am giving Fidelity Builders and Design this review is because they put the quality of work first above everything. At a certain point, the workers made a mistake in installing the floors, but rather than try to convince us that it’s ok, they immediately told us of the situation and then paid for new supplies themselves. They also went through extra measures to make sure the wood floor in the kitchen was perfect and that we are happy with how they look. There were a few delays during the remodeling, messes left behind during the day and few confusions about general issues, but I think this is normal and part of the remodeling process and seemed to be not bad at all compared to the stories I've heard from friends and relatives. Tal gave us a credit at the end of the remodeling because he wanted us to have the place cleaned up professionally by someone that we wanted (he offered us to bring someone but we wanted to bring them ourselves), so that by itself was a completely great gift that we got from Tal. The fact that the company valued the quality of the work and customer satisfaction so highly counts for a lot. I definitely recommend this company.
