Let me start off by saying that I am a property manager and am always looking to get work done quickly and last minute. Ryan has rescued me MANY times!! His level of professionalism is superb. He is very reliable and shows up when he says he will. And he finishes the job....no little things left undone!
He is great at installing new product whether it be real wood, engineered or laminate. I have used him for all of it. He has also refinished the flooring in several homes for me. A few of those homes had very old wood and some of it termite damaged. Ryan was able to remove the damaged wood, install new wood and stain it to match. I had to really look to see where the new wood was.
I highly recommend Ryan and Fidelity flooring. He has never let me down!

I am a real estate broker and always in need of reliable contractors. One of my tenants referred me to Ryan, Fidelity Flooring, to refinish the old oak floors of a home I manage. His price was very fair and his work was excellent. I have called him back on several jobs over the years and been very happy ever time. It is nice having complete confidence in someone, especially when you refer them to people that can be hard to please.
I would absolutely recommend using Fidelity Flooring!

Fidelity Flooring redid the floors in three bedrooms in my Point Loma home. In the master bedroom, Ryan had to rebuild the entire floor from plywood to oak. He did a masterful job! I then had him remove the carpeting in two bedrooms and refinish the original oak floors. In one bedroom, we had added a bay window so Ryan had to cut and weave new oak into the bay window area to match and align with the original oak flooring. Again, he did masterful work. Fidelity Flooring is awesome! They refinished 1000 ft of hardwood flooring in our 1957 home where it was clear it had been decades since the floors were refurbished. He repaired some boards and refinished the floors, and it looks amazing. People actually comment on how beautiful the floors look. The best part of Fidelity Flooring is they are so reasonably priced, professional, and they are on the job when they say they are going to be on the job. I wholeheartedly recommend Fidelity Flooring!! Two thumbs up!
