I had a great experience with Fierce. They kept in constant contact with me via text. Crew came out and installed my hot tub with no problems and hauled off my old hot tub. In the process of removing all the old stuff they took my cover lift. When I contacted Fierce a few days later they said they would look for it. Next day came back and said they couldn't find it. I figured that was going to be the end of that. But it wasn't . They offered to replace the cover lift free of charge. Even gave me a selection to choice from. In this day and age it was nice to work with a company with such integrity . Much thanks for all you did.

This company was wonderful to work with. They called the day before and confirmed our install and when they showed up they were very professional. They did a great job and I can tell they payed close attention to the small details. Very knowledgeable and highly recommended!

Scheduled this company for an above ground pool install in Streetman, Texas;. Signed contract with them and they told us to purchase $200 of sand through a company they used. After 2-weeks of waiting, Frank Kovar, the owner, came to do the job. I went to work and my husband took off work to be present. My husbands 97 y/o aunt, who lives 1 block from us, fell and he went to assist with her (literally gone from our home 15 min) and Frank drives in our driveway. I had a contractor working on my property that watched Frank get out of his truck, pet my dog, looked at my backyard, make a phone call then leave. Frank called me at work and said he knocked on my door and no one answered. I let Frank know my husband was on his way back that there was an emergency around the corner of our home but Frank proceeded to let me know that his time was precious and he had a lot of work to do and he expected someone to be present. He refused to listen to our situation. My contractor watched him all 10 minutes of his time at my home. This man and his wife lied to us and broke our contract. I would NOT RECOMMEND doing business with them.

This contractor was assigned to me by the hot tub distributor to deliver and install the spa. The two man crew (1 man doing most of the work) were on time and delivered it on the day promised. However, the main gentleman showed concern in the "level-ness" of my paver foundation. We agreed they would come back out and build a better foundation. The office manger "Rochelle" was to give me a call on Friday or Monday. After 2 calls, 1 voicemail and 2 texts (their preferred method of communication), I gave up and did the work myself. This office is unprofessional plain rude for not being able to return a single call/message. If the job was too small, just tell me. This is just unacceptable.
