These guys are the worst. I used them to install a donated stairchair in my townhouse for my handicapped daughter because they were recommended by the manufacturer. There were some minor problems with them showing up during installation which cost us approximately $3000. After installation,it became next to impossible. One of the first times I called for service, they said they would fit me in. After waiting 1 week, I called back and I was told "I forgot about you".
