We tried our best not to get to this point, but Chad has no longer been responding to us. He completed an entire house flip on the home we currently live in. He did the work for the flipper and from day 1, there were issues. It has been 3 years now, and it’s just gotten worse. Floors are janky everywhere. Used lvp boxes to “level” the very un-level floors. Basement flooded the first day owning the house. Plumbing for showers was not connected. Dishwasher drainage flooded straight into the basement. All new appliances and never tried any of them out? The list goes on. The floors started to break and crack within 6 months of living in the home. Just unfortunate.
