The people he choose to work on my project respected my home and taught me the meaning of respect for the quality and knowledge they brought to my family. Final Construction Inc completed my 1,000,000 dollar project within 90 days.

Andrew (Andy) Scott Fine, runs business under so many names, Final Construction in Del mar, ADF Enterprise Inc. in San Marcos, Aqua Magic Pool and Spa, and more, he closed one company and open another one to hide this bad work and to run away from people. I hired Andrew to do lots of work in my property, this man is not honest at all, he hired workers that are not professional , he changed the planes so many times, I told him something and he does something else, I asked him to use some materials that I liked but he choose something cheaper so he can make profits, also he was taking ideas from the internet, he has no plan at all, he also uses the same unskilled people to do everything, he never checked on his workers to see if they are doing their job correctly, he only saw them in the morning and that was it , everything he did was wrong, I have so many problems after he was done, I called him so many time and each time promised something but yet no action, he just talks so much to cover his mistakes with excuses. I have lots of details to wright about what happened about his horrible, sloppy work, HE POURED THE CONCRETE AND STARTED CRACKING THE NEXT DAY, THE QUALITY OF THE CONCRETE WAS VERY VERY BAD, Bottom line, the worst experience ever, also he charged too much, about more that 25% for such a terrible work. Stay away from this guy and his crew, he is terrible, run away as fast as you can and look the other way. don't get fooled ,
By the way, I was stupid did not check his reviews, hope that will help you make better choices. one star is too much for this horrible work.
