    When our deck project was 98% done, we gave Richard the final payment. The final details were never completed. We also never received the final inspection report, as promised. Despite repeatedly trying to call Richard, he would never get back to us. Now, several years later, the stairs are separating from our very expensive deck. We have left numerous voicemails and sent multiple emails and he will not get back to us. Completely unprofessional and untrustworthy.
