Beware! A Findlay Plumbing supervisor left a brand-new employee alone at my house with my wife and kids. The new employee continuously harrassed my wife in a very improper manner until the supervisor returned. The new employee made her feel extremely uncomfortable, even in front of the kids. The new employee was fired after my wife and I reported it to the owner. I was impressed with the quality of Findlay Plumbing's work up to that point; however, after this incident, I won't recommend them to anyone. My advice to anyone bringing a contractor into their home: Make sure that two employees are present at all times and make sure that another adult - whom you trust - is present with your wife and kids. The owner of Findlay Plumbing apologized profusely for this incident. The supervisor handled this vile transgression in a very professional manner. However, the damage is done. It's all a matter of principle. I wouldn't let them finish the job even if they offered to do it for free!
