Fine Finish Flooring

We had our floors done by Fine Finish Flooring and have had problems. We have reached out to Mark and his staff but have gotten nothing but the run around from them. We are unsure if it was a bad install or if there are issues with the product. We will likely get no resolution but good customer service in dealing with our flooring problems would have gone a long way.

Very bad experience with this company. They resanded our floors and after them coming back three times we finally had to get another company. From disrepectfull guys to dust in the final coat - this was a nightmare. There guys are rejects from other companies and show no respect to their projects. Stay away from this company. Surprised they are still around.

Great work and very affordable!

We came upon Fine Finish Flooring by accident while looking for the Lumber Liquidators store in Blaine. We talked with Mark and liked his approach to doing business. He's a sincere, honest guy, unlike the guys at Lumber Liquidators, who seemed to ooze out of the walls. We chose a cork floor for our kitchen. His product was made better than stuff we had seen at Menard's and the labor cost was reasonable. We also got a bid for refinishing our hardwood floors, and will probably have that done later this year.

Mark is the best. I've had him do 6 rooms at my place in NE Mpls. plus my deck and my front porch.

I recommend him without reservations.

I highly recommend Fine Finish Flooring. We decided to replace carpet with hardwood in our living room to allow our daughter to use her walker throughout the main floor rather than being restricted to non-carpeted areas. We recieved several bids and decided to go with FFF. Throughout the selection process they were very helpful and knowledgable about all different types of wood and installation techniques. During the installation process the installers noticed some subtleties of the cherry wood that they deemed unacceptable. They recommended removing the floor that was in, the manfucaturer of the wood shipped new stuff right away, and the install crew jumped on the installation again right away. I probably wouldn't have noticed the issues in the wood but am greatly appreciative that FFF demonstrated their attention to quality and workmanship by making the decision to replace the bad wood. Mark has bent over backwards throughout the entire process even offering to drive 12 hours to pick up the replacement wood! If you are looking for a quality hardwood floor I highly recommend Fine Finish Flooring. They do an excellent job and stand behind their work. I will definitely use these guys again in the future and recommend them to all my friends. Thanks Mark and crew!
