Said he would remove lights to paint light blocks and then didn't resulting in broken lights and paint on lights. Said he would use drop cloths on everything to keep paint off decks and patio and then didn't resulting in the paint on rockwork on the front of our house, decks, and patio. The paint was not back rolled so was uneven on large walls and peaks. Didn't remove all garbage from the property. Parked on a decorative concrete driveway in vehicles that leaked oil so had to clean. Yelled and cussed at his employees very loud upsetting spouse and neighbors. Said he would caulk all beams was on contract), but only caulked the house. Said he would use one type of caulk and then used a different one. Use my new garden hose to clean their brushes and buckets, getting paint all over the end of the hose so it doesn't look new any longer. Paid him off even though not all work was completed as promised because his employees were causing more damage trying to remove paint from the deck and patio so wanted them off my property before more stuff was damaged.

Horrible! Gave us a quote by looking at the property on Zillow then showed up unprepared and had to borrow our pressure washer to clean the building first. He requested 1/2 down so we paid him $900.00 cash and he never showed up again. We attempted numerous times to contact him to get our money back and he never responded. Finally, after repeated text messages I received a message back saying this was not his number any longer. I suspect it was him and we ended up having to hire someone else to paint our property.
