Awful experience. Be carefulwith this outfit! Went over extremely over budget. Never gave detailed invoices then over charged for double the original estimate and went over by 5 months on the original completion date. When we requested that he provide details invoice on the invoices which were just labeled Invoice #1, Invoice #2, Invoice #3 he just sent us a copy of our returned checks. He filed a mechanic's lien and still hasn't provided any details. If you want to avoid pain and heartache, steer clear of Ralpha Kring or "Rik:.
