    Build a carport structure and a back patio cover

    I've never hired a contractor before . We had a previous estimate for a carport and patio cover. Fine Pointe came in with a way better price and way more knowledge about the the job and what it entailed. They offered ideas and suggestions based on experience. After receiving and accepting their proposal, they set a date and finished the job within 4 Days. It would have been 3 days, but the roofer had to return for some finishing work. Every call text and email was answered quickly. Brad was our contact person and he definitely made the experience smooth and stress free.

    Asked for an Estimate to replace the roof and the porch on an Insurance claim. Waited all day for the contractor but the guy never showed up. No email, no text, no call, no reason, no excuse,....RUDE!

    We were assigned Fine Point through our Insurance for some water mitigation work, basically tearing out dry wall and checking for moisture and treating for mold. They did do what they were supposed to do, and that was about it. The customer service was non existent. I had to contact them to find out when they would be there and would never get a straight answer. The one time they gave me a time, they were extremely late. Another day they said they would be there in the morning and never showed. The manager was the only one who could speak any intelligible English and he was never there when the non-English speaking workers were there. I had some issues getting the workers to understand me when i asked them to put the plastic containment back up in our child's room since it had fallen and the bare walls and joists were exposed. I also requested a copy of the estimate they were sending to the insurance and gave the manager my email and never got a response. I would not recommend them.

    Fine point finishes

    Working with fine point finished was awful . They were terrible with communication. I would call and would not receive a phone call back until several days afterwards. I would make appointments for contractors to come do work on my house, and the contractors would come at random times and days. This was a major issue because my husband and I work so we were having to take leave to be with contractors. Lastly, they charged us for several services they did not perform like the installation of our sink and RO system. We lost several hundreds of dollars to this company. Save yourself time, money and heartache and find another company. There are plenty out there.
