    Bathroom remodel
    $5,000

    This isn’t a company I would recommend to even my worst enemy. They were paid to do a remodel, we ended up having to hire a different contractor to come in and remove and replace the work they did. They used the wrong materials, there was poor workmanship found every step of the way. We had nothing but problems trying to get Ceasar to show up for his appointments, stick to his schedule and fix work what was wrong or done improperly. He hardly showed up on time or on the days he said he would. We were given a time estimate to completion and he missed it by 3.5 months. Always made excuses and always ducked out phone calls. He was very good about collecting the money we owed and I regretfully paid him before completion. Our tile floor was installed out of level, the grout was mixed wrong and cracked everywhere within a week of them “finishing”. We called the department of labor and industries with the state afterward and found they were not licensed for some of the work they did at our home and that they had people working at our home who were being paid under the table illegally. We spent months trying to find resolution with Caesar, we time and time again would come to an agreement on when he would be arriving to repair the work but he would never show up and never call to let us know he wouldnt be there or would need to reschedule. We incurred extreme expense out of our budget having to pay someone to come in and remove his work and then redo the remodel as it should have been from the beginning. We called 5 different contractors and all 5 were at a loss of words for what we had going on and all 5 said the same things regarding the poor workmanship, wrong materials, and essentially that we weren’t the first they had heard of this happening to. Unfortunately Caeser has yet to address his short comings and has made zero attempt to rectify things. All in all, they are a nightmare to deal with and I would NOT recommend him to anyone
