They were able to come in and save all of my family photos and keepsakes after we had a major flood. The insurance company gave us a list of 3 after calling them all we were SURE we were only going to use Norman over at finest first he was pleasant and EXTREMELY informative. Our house looks better now than the day we bought it and we owe all the guys that worked on our home a Huge thank you. yours truly Dawn

Horrible company. Many promises but did not follow up with any of them. Norman is a salesman and promises that they will work with insurance companies but gives up when insurance doesn't agree with them. The follow up from supervisors to the crew members is horrible. Crewmembers were asked multiple times to redo items that "they repaired" and would do the same crappy job. The workers would leave a mess on our carpets, we had to replace out of our own pocket, took 3 guys 1 full day to put one coat of paint in 1 bedroom. Workers stopped showing up and we had to pay another company to redo the work that this "Finest First" company did. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Wish I could add pictures to show their "quality" work.
