I'm a licensed Realtor and Builder in Ma, NH and Me. I've developed raw and built from frame to finish many of the Finest projects and not many over the last 20 years or so.
I've built and managed projects all over New England and I'm based out of the Salisbury, Newburyport, Ma 01950 area. In july 2018 I hired Jim Scali of Finest Pros to evaluate and recommend improvements to my family home to expedite its sale Feeling overwhelmed, I relied on Jim to review the home, compile a list of improvements, and manage the project. The improvements ranged from a complete bathroom remodel to structural work, roofing, floor refinish, trim, and painting.
Jim did an excellent job. He was on site constantly and, when not, available by phone for reassurance. His quality and design were top notch. His crews worked hard and efficiently. I am very happy to say that the house sold within a month of listing and I am sure partly due to Jim's recommendations and Finest Pros craftsmanship.

I’ve consulted Jim on home improvements where his expertise was greatly appreciated. I have visited the homes he has built and remodeled and I was really impressed.
