If I could give negative stars I would. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MARK PFEIFER no matter what name he claims is his business name!!! He was never the owner of Finished Dreams...some other con artist named Randall Fischer!! They ripped off my elderly Mother who was ill with Alzheimer Disease for tens of thousands of dollars!!

Do not use this company. Work not done to code, poor quality, gas & electrical lines not to code, insufficient venting for new water heater/ laundry room, sheet rock pinned incorrectly, screws used for framing instead of framing nails, electrical wires run incorrectly, not to code. Homeowners safety compromised. Lousy, messy, unprofession al finishing; had to request they return 4 times to complete list of unfinished items - still did not complete to satisfaction. Non responsive to request to complete recommendations of independent inspector. Court action being considered. Complaint to CA Contractors State License Board in the works.
