I was one of Finn's Home Improvement's first customers, in mid-July, 2016. I met with owner Pat Finn to discuss a number of maintenance and improvement projects needed on my large, old family Homestead built in the 1800s (in Colrain). My first impressions were positive only, and I anxiously looked forward to getting work done. Since that time, several projects have been completed, including replacement of rotting sills and bracing / framing, wood siding, insulation, soffits, fascia and trim, flashing, as well as some roof repairs. He does quality work and pays attention to details, the results being excellent jobs that look great. He is friendly, trustworthy, accommodating and reasonable. He will be working for me again this spring and summer. I highly recommend Pat Finn and Finn's Home Improvement.
