We have had nothing but disappointments since signing in Nov 2022. Sales rep Sam Zakaria .is still not returning calls... Plano office no one is answering...though a Lindsey I talked to once ( in Feb) was helpful in finally telling us what, when and why nothing was being done. For weeks now still cannot get a Mgr. Or English speaking rep to call back after numerous calls to the 1-800 number. Sold us panels without inspection to see if our line could handle it ( it couldnt) had to rewire for new box. Installed upgraded panels without our knowledge( more expensive) lied about tax incentive amount. So stuck with a loan. Said they handled the process of cancelling our electric company when the panels kick in. Our bill was double for electric this month with solar panels up. Just disappointed to say the least. Especially with not getting any rep who knows anything to call us back.
